06 century finally biten by the egr bug

    my 06 freightliner is currently being biten by the egr bug , under 1500 its throwing out black smoke. sneezing , coughing and everything else once over 1500 grand it levels out..with 775,000 miles think it time to replace the egr , or just delete it all together.. I have read numberous load boards and look at egr delete kits ... do anyone know of a good shop in the Georgia area that can do a good job , someone in Atlanta or savannah would be great.. ​

    Hey, I have an 06 columbia and I had a program put in that I think you would like. I have to get permission first from the owner of the program, but what ever you do, do not go to Brad Wheeler. He's a great guy, but will adjust your timing way to high. I know this from firsthand experience. As soon as I get permission I'll pm you with it.

    Exactly same problem i have been getting since last month... Coughing and smoking even when its empty.. Did you find any solution for it yet. Let me know please
