The fridge in my classic is turned on by the temperature control Knob inside the fridge itself there is no switch on the dash like other trucks. If that doesn't work slide the drivers seat up and reach in the access hole to make sure the wires are plugged in.

i drive a century.the fridge from the factory has no switch that i have found BUT every time that it seems to quit cooling as well,i pull it out and blow all the dust/dirt out.i pull an end dump and the dirt truly seems to get in there regardless of how clean i keep the inside of the truck. dirt/build-up really seems to gather on the fridge fan and when it does,it seems to slow it down thus effecting the cooling.it quit running at all once and i blew the internals out and hand cleaned the fan blades.started working after that so now i blow it out frequently.just my experience so consider this an fwiw.check the fuse for the fridge. the fridges are tough and built to last-
