Thank you bubbanbrenda, I'll try him out but, I'm new to this site and not so good with it... how do I get in touch with another member? Thank you...

Boy I tell you, nothing gets me more fired up, then having the dealership tell you, " I cant find the problem", But your bill is ready for you.
Wish I would get paid to have Tried.... -
It's like that EVERYTIME biofumes. What about when you get something done, truck get WORSE then it was when you drove in, and they ALWAYS say..."it must be something else, that has nothing to do with what we just did"... even thou they really DID! It's absolutely PATHETIC! And guess what??? It'll get WORSE, as trucks get more & more computorized, it'll get to a point that ONLY DEALERS will be able to work on your truck, and WHATEVER THEY SAY, you'll have to go with it, cause your prefered mecanic will be out-of-business. Blame the GOVERNMENT fot that!

If you want to continue to have independent shops.
And in the end, it would seem you might be a part of the issue. Demanding the shops to find something wrong.
I have been on both sides of the counter. It's frustrating for all parties I know. Get in touch with rebel127 and just let him do his job. Don't offer anything unless he asks. But give him a well written statement to begin with. -
If you want to have one of the best tech's in the US look at it take it to Atlantic States Detroit Diesel in Middletown CT, talk to Pete or Gary in service.... These are the only guys who touch my truck, and they're good.....
First place you start with these Detroits is the wires, almost all of the problems with them are wiring, not parts like sensors and what not..
That being said...
You might want to pull the turbo boost pressure sensor out of the intake and see if it's sooted over. (These egr motors tend to soot over the opening in the sensor, it seems to happen somewhere around 175k in mileage on the sensor...)
A sensor will run you about $35
I replace mine myself about every 175k or so....
You'll get an erratic turbo boost, (with loss of power down low, like you're saying), with a sooted up TBPS -
Hope I've helped -
Hey "trees", thanx for the suggestions. And I kid you not, replacing the harness was gonna be my next move!!! Also, I've been noticing that Detroit dealer as I drive by everyday for the past month, have never been there but been thinking of paying them a visit, and now that you're refering me to them, all the more reason to do so. As for the "turbo boost pressure sensor", is that the DELTA sensor? That black one that sits right beside the head=cover, by the air-intake, with those 2 pipes coming from and going to the EGR-valve??? I have replaced it... ALL the sensor have been replaced under the hood... EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE SENSORS, NO EXCEPTION! Replaced them about 60k miles ago. The ONLY REAL GOOD result I've had was when I replaced the v-pod valve... the truck was FLYING... LOTS O' POWER EVERYWHERE!!! BUT, it only lasted for 2hrs... replaced it again, and was not the same again. Had it tested @ freightliner and was told it was working, and they would not replace it under warranty, and they are expensive $$$$! Thank you again for all the helpful suggestions.

Have you opened up your wiring harnesses and seen what they look like inside? This is what mine looked like. Replaced the ECM to Firewall and it's running much better.
