SERIOUS power issues w/ my Detroit14L

I'm having some SERIOUS power issues with my 07 Century with a detroit 14L... the thing has NO POWER @ ALL BELOW 1400rpm, then @ 1400 it absolutely EXPLODES FORWARD!!! Have had the truck for 1 year, and done basically EVERYTHING, lots o' money invested, yet to see any change. I have replaced the following:
_New TURBO, EGR valve, EGR cooler, V-pod valve, EGR and V-pod harness, 6 new injectors, injectors harness, fuel pump, head adjustment, ALL sensors, compressor, clutch, transmission, computer flashed 5 times... and NO RESULTS! Freightliner & Detroit can't find it... don't know what to do anymore, thinking of calling the bank to come pick it up, UNLESS... SOMEONE out there has any suggestions and can help me, I'd truly appreciate it...

Hey Jameslawton, thanx for the feedback. Yes the cam timing was checked but, WHAT is the TPS???

 

Shovel98, the boost sensor... is that the delta sensor??? ALL THE SENSORS have been replaced, and since freightliner has checked everything again & again, they can't find anything. the tps sensor is new! Lot of codes and abreviation... not sure what ohm stands for ?!?!...

 

The ONLY thing I've done that showed HUGE, FANTASTIC difference was replacing the v-pod valve, the truck was UNBELIVEABLE after that, power EVERYWHERE. BUT... it only lasted for a couple of hours, made a 2hr trip, shut the truck off to get loaded. After starting again, that awesome power was GONE! Checked the v-pod @ freightliner and detroit and was told it was working properly, so they would NOT replace it under warranty, and those are very expensive to just go replacing... $480.00
