Have you tried some air tool oil?

Yes. Theyre slowly getting worse and worse so would rather just replace with electric

Take the air motor apart and clean it up and re-grease it all with a mixture of Vaseline and synthetic 75W90 gear oil. Other lube recipe might work but that's what I did and worked like new and still working after a few years of the clean/lube job.
I like air wipers myself. -
I am switching mine also I just got a 94 FLD 120 and the wipers suck then almost stop when pulling grades I was doing a google search and found a lot of choices maybe if you look you might find one handy. I think they all averaged about 300
