First you need to STOP going to Freightliner for engine problems and go to a Detroit dealer instead.
Which windows leak? Windshield? Are they glued in? If they've been replaced, the shop may have used the wrong urethane for the ambient temp at time of the work being done. -
Windshield and the cabin leak
-
Where does the cabin leak? At or near the visor or market lights if no visor? Or elsewhere?
Windshields need to be replaced by a competent shop. -
I'm just worried about the truck shutting down on highway
imagine 80k pound truck shutting down going down its very scary -
what code it show when in shut/down
-
Check engine light blinks and stop engine after few seconds the truck shuts down

Seems to me the 2009 Cascadia I drove had a windshield leak and a problem with the wiring harness. Any motor work should be done by a Detroit Diesel shop. Freightliner sucks for warranty work.
Freightlinerbob Thanks this. -
Is there a detriot dealer you guys can recommend? I'm in the Los Angeles area
Thx
