Does anyone else have a bunk heater? I have a 07 Columbia that I purchased back in May and they said it came with a bunk heater which I assume is the little black box under the bunk. I didn't really pay to much attention to it. But I think it would be nice to have a lil heat blowing without the truck running........I don't see any wires coming from it...how does this thing work? Would I control it with the bunk controls??? I assume I need to take it to freightliner and have it hooked up.........

unless it is an electric heater it will not work without the truck running.

Do you have an apu? If it is electric without an apu it would kill the batteries before your 10 hr break was up.
