I have an 2003 Columbia & the instrument panel lights don't work with the park lights. Is this normal or do I have a problem. They come on when you flip the switch up to headlights.

Sounds like a bulb issue. I don't think they would put separate fuses on the bulbs.

Probably going to have to remove the instrument cluster to gain access to the bulbs.

My 05 Columbia has separate gauges and the bulbs are LEDs that cannot be replaced without replacing the whole gauge.

    It's a Torx 25 driver, driver.

On my 05 the bulbs are replaceable, however you also need a Torx 9 to remove 2 screws, 1 at either end of the back cover. This will allow you access to the circuit board where the bulbs are located. On my 05, the bulbs have a tan colored backing and look like small nuts. Quarter turn right and they pop right out. Be warned, local parts houses here did not stock, maybe you will have better luck.
