2013 Cascadia 4 months old and 3 12v power outlets (cigarette plug ins) don't work. How do I continue troubleshooting? The fuses are good.
    Thanks

there are usually fuses in more than one location, but I'm not familiar with the Cascadia. in my old century the fuses for those plus were in a panel behind the drivers seat.

The fuses blew. They are in the dash behind the glovebox. You have to open glove box and you will see 4 screws. Takes a torx bit to remove them. I think its a T-20. Pull the box out and you'll see a black cover. Pull the front up and the flap flips out and pull it thru the slot. There it a 90* cover plate velcroed on the right side of the cover. Youll need to pull it up.and out first. Once that's all.out you'll see the fuse panel under there. Youll need a fuse.puller or small.pliers to pull the mini fuses. The fuse diagram is on top.of the flove.box. the two dash 12v plugs are #1 and #2 pluhs on the diagram. I think its f21 but I don't remember. All that will.make sense when you read the diagram. They are 20amp (yellow) fuses. Half way back on left row. You'll have to figure out which one is the third one you have out since you did not tell which one in the truck it is. Its more simple than I explained. I.promise.

Test light and you're going to need to start ripping things apart and checking connections. You shouldn't have any burnt wires. My chicken lights are on my cigar lighter circuit. I have a 30 amp fuse in there and it'll pop that fuse long before my wires start to fry. However you may have some wires that have come loose or one may be cut. Could even have a bad ground.

Test light and a multimeter. First check for power at the wire then check your grounds. Wiring is a tedious process. I love to wire up new lights...but can't stand getting them working after #### hits the fan.

Oh always start with the simple fix first in electrical issues. Itll save a lot of frustrations
Always check for blown fuses before anything else. If fuses are not vlown good luck in finding the issue in these trucks. The wiring harnesses are huge.

I would do what falcon said if you haven't already. If not the easiest fix is it's 4 months old it's covered under warranty. When you work on a warranty truck yourself outside of what the owner's manual says you void it. Take it to a dealer.
