2013 Cascadia - DD15 - fault codes - 11171

    New to the forum, but have searched many times here for answers. Appreciate any help I can get.


    One of my drivers is on the road. 2013 cascadia with the DD15. It is getting shut down codes with red and yellow lights/flash codes. He is a bit difficult to communicate with, but the code that seems to be consistent is 11171.

    Anyone able to provide any insight or suggestions? Thanks.

    Won't help right now but get the truck signed up on virtual tech. Then it will e-mail/text you what is wrong.

    It is, we have 100 of them. Virtual Tech sent us the code, but not the problem. It was headed to a dealer for a rush assesment, but sadly didnt make it. So we will find out tomorrow!

    Never had a code sent without an explanation. Can't pull up all the codes from my DDDL unless i'm hooked up to a truck.
