Been having trouble with this truck since I bought it. Poor fuel mileage and low power. New turbo new cac overhead done and dyno and blowbye done. Checked out ok. Still having same problems. A chirping sound Comming out of turbo ,when you step on the gas it spits and sputters theres no power makes the truck shake. You can feel the motor shake.it almost sounds like someone beating a tin can comming out of the exhaust. Average mpg pulling an empty reefer is 4.3 we have went from about 6.4 to 4.3 mpg. Oil and water temps are fine. No problems starting . Oil pressure is about 43 going down the road. Been treating the tanks for algae issues also. Any suggestions on what might be going on? Any and all will be greatly appreciated.

could be a bad injector cup head gasket.
If running like you say i don"t see how the dyno could be ok. maybe have an injector cut out test run.

Get an EGR Delete Kit. Worked for me with my truck.

IF you deleted the EGR without tuning that's part of your problem. You need to find someone that can tune it. SEarch for rebel127 . THere are others out there that can do it.

One of the possibilities is that your engine sounds like it could be suffering from fuel starvation when you need some power. Rubber fuel lines swell internally as they age limiting the amount of fuel delivered from the tanks... at 735,000 you could certainly be having this problem. It's inexpensive to change them ALL out at this point.

I would say change your fuel filters. They will clog pretty quickly with the algae cleaner in there.
