what could be a possibly problems may arise to a 2007 Freightliner Columbia MBE4000 with 1,400,000miles on it?
PLEASE i need a response immediately -
I would stay away from the Mercedes motor. With that many miles has there been an in frame done?
-
Mercedes bad! 1.4 million miles bad unless you want to sink a bunch of money into it.
-
do you have idea how many mileage of mercedes engine MBE4000 to be rebuilt?
-
-
i have no idea about inframe? what does it means?
-
He's kidding right? Is he kidding? Wonder if the Mercedes is hooked to a Eaton Lightning......now that would be a moneymaker !
( for the parts man ) -
please advice me because my husband want to buy that truck
-
Inframe means it was rebuilt without pulling the engine. Basically the crank and cam wasn't machined.
I wouldn't buy a Mercedes. They don't have the best power and are about the worst engine available. Keep shopping. A truck is a major purchase. Don't buy on impulse. The Challenger Thanks this.
