    really DDEC-IV gas pedal is simple potentiometer w/o idle switch, but later DDEC-V got idle validation switch, tht goes bad first, like on Volvos. So IMO, it is time to change TPS

    Thanks for all the help. Replaced the throttle position sensor and we're back in business. No more fault codes and revs like a champ.
