    Does anyone know if the 3 little lights above the seats are supposed to be able to turn on when the door is shut. They turn on when door opens but can't get them to turn on after I get in and close door. With key on or off no work.

    Yes you turn them on manually when door is shut. Try the passenger side, if they turn on you could have a bad Light Assembly on the driver's side.
