I installed an amp,sub and inverter recently.I dont know if that is causing the problem.
When i turn on the flashers or turn signals they work but next minute stop working.
Mostly they work while im driving down the hwy and they dont work when im parking or just standing.
While they dont work i can hear tick tick tick from the fuse box like they are working but not actually flashing.
All fuses are good.
Truck was auto and now its converted to manual if that has something to do with wires.
Please recomend someone in Chicago that knows this issues good. Thanks
2002 Century flashers and rhd low beam work one minute and next minute they dont

It sounds like the little circuit breaker is overheating. You probably tapped into an incorrect hot or ground with the stereo equipment. You have to run individual circuits for that equipment.

car audio guy grounded it to a screws that used to hold plastic shelf.I took out plastic shelf behind the driver seat.

Excuse my english but what doest that mean running and indovidual circuit?

fused 12v power and ground should be run directly to batteries.does not sound like your problem with lights will be solved, but any decent electronics person should know this.
