What about the cabinet behind it?
I never seen one other than a few inches recline.blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
Swivel yes, reclining no.
With cruise set and a 45 degree mirror angle overhead, I could get used to it.CondoCruiser Thanks this. -
The ones in our classics do but they hit the bed when you recline. Stupid coffin box sleepers. But I like to drive the red gendered one because when your waiting in line at the grain elevators you pull down the roof mounted tv and pop in a DVD and recline the seat all the way and I tend to end up with cowboy boots on the dash board against the window. Very comfortable.

This works on the integral cab sleepers. I drove one like this when I was in California.
When you pull the tilt wheel back and recline the seat, you do not hit the back of the cab. The one I drove had nice armrests, too. That was the most comfortable truck I have ever driven, and mine is Identical. If the cabinet isn't absolutely needed, it can be taken out.
If you didn't feel like getting into the sleeper right away, you could do your pqperwork, listen to music, relax, etc with the seat reclined.
It was like being in your living room in your favorite lazy boy. -
I never saw one that fully reclined, but relaxing in the driver seat isnt a good ideas anyway. Relax int he passenger seat or bunk. Your body gets used to wear it is aloud to sleep. Allowing your body to relax int he driver seat will only make your body think its ok to relax while driving. This si the same reason they tell college students not to study on their bed. There body gets used to it and then they have trouble sleeping there.

I don't see why it would be a bad idea. With the seat reclined and your feet kicked up on the dash is a totally different position than riding down the road.

this position is not good for your backspine , angle of seating can be just a little over right angle about 100-110° this make easier on disks , i learn that too late , also i was lifting heavy weights with my back, not from knees
-i used to sit on all kind of ways , when my back would not touch backrest, but i would have been leaning on hands
-i used to sit on this way that only my shoulders would touch backrest with big hole from backrest and my back
-often i would be tilted to side leaning on side support on seat
i know that sitting all day in one position get tired on you and you want to change position , and sometimes you feel tired of sitting that straight all day , but it is only proper way to sit -
Reclining seats...Should we put a fridge on the passenger side filled with cold beer, and a TV on the dash to keep you entertained as well?
Joking aside, I wish the seats would go a little past 90 degrees...I don't know who's making these truck seats, but I sure as hell don't have the posture for them!fld Thanks this.
