Eec 61 and fail 18

I have a 2013 Cascadia dd13 with a check engine light. The dash reads EEC 61 and fail 18. Can someone give me any advice to diagnose the problem.

EEC 61 is the after treatment control module. You are missing part of that code though, so I can't narrow it down any more.
