Hello. On my 2013 cascadia my abs light comes on when I have my cruise control set. My truck is governed at 71 mph. If I catch a down hill run my truck gets up to 75mph and when the speeds drops back down below 71 and accelerates again the abs light comes on. It will stay on until I shut the truck off and restart it again. Then when I get past 10mph it goes out. Any ideas with this issue?

It's most likely a defective ABS Wheel Sensor, or the ABS Wiring Harness could be ground out or shorting out on something or dirt or foreign debris could have gotten on the Sensor. If you had the Brakes or Wheel Seal changed recently, the Sensor could have been damaged upon reassembly.

The truck must be 'configured' for trailer ABS fault reporting in order for the tractor's instrument trailer-ABS warning light to work property. This involves programming the SAM-Chasiss module with the proper parameters and wiring the trailer receptacle center pin appropriately.
