What would the best rear end ratio to have for fuel milage. With DD15 13speed 22.5 low pro's like to run about 62mph at 1300 rpm

We need to now the revolutions per mile of your tire t be 100% sure. Assuming your trans is a double over and not a single over you should be good with a 3.36 rear. .73 is the final drive of a 13 with double over right?

My recommendation would be to go with a 2.64 rear. Start out in low insted of first. To cruise at 57, you can be in dirrect gear saving fuel and transmission losses. When you need to go faster you have 2 more gears available and you can fly.
