Will a flat trailer tire make the air pressure on a truck's brakes slow to build up?

I don't drive with a flat either. I goto truckstops with repair shops that fix them. In fact, when I created this thread, I was sitting in my truck right outside of a repair bay at a truckstop repair shop waiting to be called into the bay.
