Strange noises

:CK belt adj. and/or Replace belt tens. "untill belt is tight enough to stop slipping"

 

Exhaust manifold? They burn out in the center.

 

Yup!!! Had it happen twice. Sometimes sounds like a whistle and some times a ping

 

After cking skate-board ex. man. for black marks around joints, look closely at rubber hoses on intake pipes they can make sounds like that, a pressure test can be done at home or at a shop to ck for leaks in cooler in FT. of rad.
