Probably the horn module... they crap out, and are cheap.

If you hear it clicking in the fuse box when you press the button it's probably a bad horn

I had a 2006 century, the actual horn itself was bad. Looks just like one in most cars. I think it was all of $18.00

Take the electrical connector off, remove the mounting screws, pull it off, throw it out. Get the new one out of the box, screw it down, reconnect the electrical connector.

Mounted on the underside of the hood last time I looked for one.

Take a test light and check for power to the horn when someone pushes the button. The power comes up the steering column, and comes out thru the copper rings, to the horn.

    nsxftw and magoo68 Thank this.
