Did you replace the correct fuse?
Reason I ask is because the fuse for the sleeper light is on a really obscure system; meaning that it's location is not marked in an obvious manner, nor, is it even marked specifically. It is on a circuit that will seem totally unrelated to the sleeper light, therefore, it will be very difficult to pinpoint.
You may have to replace ALL the fuses to eventually replace the correct one.
Perhaps a qualified mechanic that has the correct experience replacing this fuse would be your best bet.

Seriously, you are going to put your truck out of service for something stupid as the sleeper light? With everything running through the computer on these trucks now a days, save yourself the $1200 and buy a lamp or two that you can plug into the 12 volt outlet.

I really doubt a dome light is a violation.

Go buy a 20 dollar Ohm and Voltage Tester along with a Quick prick 12 volt tester and sit down on the internet and do searches rather than Gaming and figure it out for yourself.

This is another BIZ that blows me away that people get into that is highly mechanical and those that choose to get in it can barely figure out why the light bulb in their bedroom at home burned out.

    No offense to the OP.
