low coolant, or sensor. low oil pressure or it's sensor. could also be a frayed wire at these sensor locations.

Replace the bulb in the dash. More than likely you have a coolant sensor telling the truck that the coolant is low. Especially one that has sat up. I paid a 700 tow bill for this sensor. Got to the Detroit dealer and shazaam 65 bucks.

I would let everyone know who you bought that truck from so they can avoid buying bad truck from them.

Check fuses in battery box. Check ALL battery connections. Follow power wires to ECM and make sure you have power into ECM. If the truck does not start at all but turns over then I doubt it is a sensor issue. The only one I know of that would prevent starting is the timing sensor behind air compressor and you said you changed that one.

I would say power issue to ECM or ECM itself. Could be as simple as a broken ground in battery box.

Any decent mechanic will have a code scanner that plugs into the round grey port in the bottom of the dash. Plug it in and see what's going on. If you're getting a engine shut down light on the dash, then the ECM has power.

this does not seem that hard to diagnose for a qualified person.

1st check your diag plug most freightliners only have 1 hot in the diag pin Volvo uses 2 hot. since you wont start did you try starting by bottle feeding (either)? if starts then it's your srs sensor ,because your trs would take over and tell ecm firing order. If that doensnt work go to ecm wiring and check for pos and negative using a head light wiring on the high beam side. This puts the proper amount of load on the ecm supply current. If you don't have a bright light check for wiring to ecm. providing both of your ecm fuses are good.

there are your reference sensor wires that are 5volt or less that used to be in a three wire plug on dedec up to 3 or 4 on the end of the ecm. dedec 5 and up ecm wires on front of ecm,but same principles those are your twisted pair wires which are going to your srs and trs etc.you must have voltage to these as well to run.
