Recently bought a 07 C120, every thing looks fine, start and drive good. It just can't move pass 50mph and can't pull a load! Won't go over 18 mph under a 40k lb trailer. Dealer claims its injectors and harness! But a self thought mechanic says it's the ECM! Any thoughts?

    Turbo Boost sensor = $35

Check the CAC for a leak.

Is it smoking really bad , is it idling rough ? it sounds to me like you have No turbo boost at all..
I don't think its in your ECM.. is your turbo air to air leaking very bad ? have to checked to rubber hoses to your air to air, for splits.. note: if its injectors, it will idle rough and you will have black smoke coming out stack.. Have you checked fuel filters, if they stop up , you will not have power also..

You probably got a really good deal based on market value however if it was actually that simple would they not have fixed it and made the money? While you are still learning find out how to read flash codes off the dash, what they mean, and you could be lucky and capture the flag. You can probably search this site and get most of that info and google. You can also find people that have dumped thousands of dollars and their trucks are the same or worse. We are not adjusting points and timing anymore. These are highly technical electronic machines which require a minimum of a laptop and a good program to talk to them. I feel there are very few who really know how to get past the simple stuff even with the correct equipment and then are they honest? If it does not come easy talk to everyone you can and go to the best place in your area, it may not be local or the dealer. Be direct when they say this is not quite right and needs to be replaced. Will that fix the problem? If that did not fix it you said OK and you authorized it. Well do you want your truck back or not? I do not mean to degrade you just share my shortfalls and possibly prevent yours. I feel these are efficient, strong, dependable units but if you go to the wrong shop they can bankrupt you. Just my opinion.

the problem, is how does he go about fixing it.

what boxcar says is true. but the tyruck needs to be fixed.

you could take to 5 different shops. pay $500 for diagnostics. and have 5 different answers.
