For gods sake whatever you do do not bring your truck to atc freightliner in Ft. Worth TX. They are liars and scam artists and will keep you in the shop for days after changing the diagnosis and cost over and over again because they have no freaking idea whats going on... Oh and have zero comunication unless initiated by you. But they will trick you by saying they have a rapid diagnosis program that will get you right in.. Then 3 hours later come to you and tell you they need more time to diagnos at an additional cost... Stay away like the plague!!!

I didn't know there was one in ft worth but I have been to the Freightliner next to the TA in Dallas twice and both times me and every trucker there were waiting for days. My delay was only because they had to order a small cheap bracket.

Just about all dealers are like that. A good friend of mine went to Harrisburg freightliner in Harrisburg pa. His mudflap hanger was bent and his mudflap was torn off. He bought the parts in the parts department and went over to service to have it installed. They tried charging him $380. As you can imagine he went ballistic..... he still ended up paying over $200 for a 1/2 hour job. I strongly suggest that you find an honest and reliable shop for repairs. If your in an area that your not familiar with post your problem and location and someone will point you to the right shop

No sorry, but they're not all like that. Well I hope not !!
Ive had good luck with the freightliner dealers in Waco and Temple. Also when I was in Wisconsin I had excellent service from the freightliner dealer near Appleton,( Truck Country.) They got me in and out within the day for a service and solved a couple of problems I had with my '15 Cascadia. You've def got to be careful with some of the freightliner dealers.
I live in Austin but I wouldn't take my truck to the Freightliner dealer there. Poor service.
Ive always managed to have good service at the TAs who I have been told can do certain warranty work for Freightliners.
Its like anything else, you have to shop around.
One thing I've done which seems to work. If I'm out of state I'll look up the BBB in that part of the country and see who is on the list. It costs the repair shop a lot of $$ to be a member on there so I figured that they will want to do a good job at a fair price.
But it's no use tarring everyone with the same brush. You'd end up going nowhere.

All dealers are like that. I only go to dealer to get parts, because from my experience they are always cheaper at the dealer.
