same problem here in a way. a few of the good companies won't touch me cause of a speeding ticket in april '04. i was doing 23 over. but hadn't had a ticket before then since '99. some companies are just tougher than others due to insurance policies.

I have a similar problem, no violations since June 1999 until a citation in February for careless driving, "passing on a wet road." I took it to court and beat it but it is still on my record as "ajudicated without fault" which means not guilty. However Roehl would not even talk to me because it showed up at all.

How can they hold a charged but not guilty situation over your head like that.....Thats downright Un-American.
