:biggrin_25510: Driver beware, Janco is a little weak on their base pay of roughly 700.00/week, should be around 1200.00 and up. Secondly!! If one should be thrown in jail or perhaps even die. They will tell the driver, that is picking up your truck, to just throw everything in the DUMPSTER, without regards to any items of value. Thirdly, The safety director, hasn't got the sense to WAD a Shotgun. The man has never driven, and actually sent a message out to all drivers, telling them to falsify their log books, cause he believes , that one cant log over 10 hours in the bunk. As for Canadian Rules, he is a few bricks shy of a load.

Why would he think you would even want to log 10 hours in the bunk? Does that moron not understand line 1 line 2 line 3 and last but not least line 4? Or is off duty only shown in the sleeper and not on off duty not driving?

That's why he's a dispatcher and not anywhere close to being considered a driver! LOL

I've never worked for them as a company driver or even leased to them. But I have done alot of contract work for them over the last 7 yrs. And have been paid every dime agreed to on the contract. Out of all of the companies involved in this business i prefer Janco.

Even this thread is over a year old, don't we heavy loads members love when these fly by night posters only find this site use full to bad month a company...:biggrin_25510:

Don't get me wrong tho,we want to hear your experience good or bad about a company but it seems like 1 time posters show up once and never find this great web site use full anymore.Makes me think this guy got fired and just needed to vent.Ok now chat on....:biggrin_25518:

Most people we let go, need to go. Truly a family organization here. We give everyone a chance to prove themselves, and overcome what mistakes they make. Sometimes though, enough is enough...

But you didn't answer question about pay. Is $700 a week average for a company driver is true?
