The gentlemen that work in the shipping department are great to deal with, on both the day and afternoon shifts. They take the time to explain the safety and company procedures that are required of the drivers when they pick up loads. They talk to you as an equal and do not treat you like a mule who is just there to move the freight. They had to pull a pallet off of my trailer (due to a paperwork error) and I apologized to the clerk for the extra work it caused him. He was really cool about it and said that it was minor compared to what we drivers go through. Each time I'm there their attitudes are the same. I know they're on Santa's good shipper list!

I hang out by the lake while I am there, been to that place 2 or 3 times now. I really do not like the wait. And that first door is a little tight for a box. But not too bad.
They are friendly and got me loaded quick, once in a door. Just did not like waiting for 3 hours to get to the door.
