I left my company(Watkins & Sheppard) late december of last year (on good terms so I thought) to help my mother through kemo and her recovery. I had been driveing for them for the last 6 years. I recently contacted them to go back to work and was told that they would not hire me back, I was kinda blown away and didn't ask why at the time. I decided to take the time I had free now to get my hazmat witch I have passed and am only waiting for TSA to do it's background check. i got a copy of my dmv report that I am going to post below, most of these tickets are bs it really doesent mater what the circumstances were it's what the record shows most of these I should have fought in court live and learn I guess, The only one that I am ashamed of is a single speeding ticket about a year or so ago that one I deserved I had let my speed creep up and didnt notice it on the grapevine really stupid of me.
I have also ordered a copy of my dac and that should arive in about 3 weeks so I will be able to find out what is on that too.
any way here is my dmv report.
So the question remains am I un hireable ?

Looks like your prospects are slim until 10/2013, when the majority of your tickets drop off. That failure to obey traffic controls is a definite show stopper, IMO.

Can't tell from the printout, but if the speeding was 15 over, then that's a deal-breaker as well.

Drive better, and stop getting tickets.

Not to mention the following too closely and UNSAFE OPERATING

I am guessing that your CSA score is just too high for them or just about anyone else to hire you as well.

you're not un-hireable it's just going to be difficult. Quit looking at the major carriers and start looking at your smaller carriers. Do some leg work and find one that has some higher CSA scores, but not too high, a carrier like this may not have the same requirements as a larger company. I'd stay away from someone that is too high because they are more likely to be audited, or have an insurance review and you may be dismissed.

The unsafe operating was a cop trying to do me a favor, I had just came over the ca line and the trailer had a 3ft kingpin and I was one pin off on my tandem setting, the cop said he would right me up a dirty truck ticket that I could get signed off instead of a bridge ticket. As it turned out I could not find anybody who would sign it off so I ended up just paying the ticket and it went on my dmv as unsafe operating. Like I said most of these are bs tickets, another one I got was a mud flap on my trailer had torn off mid trip that i did not notice before crossing a scale, crap like that.
The following to close was before i had my cdl where a guy stalled his car in the middle of the intersection our bumpers touched no damage to his vehicle and I got a 1inch scratch on my front bumper to this day I dunno why he called that in might have been an attempted swoop insurance fraud thing.

Your record seems to indicate an unsafe operator.
That's what it looks like to me, and probably will to a prospective employer who only spends a minute looking.
Try smaller companies and work on being a better driver.

Looks like you didn't take care of the only thing that keeps food on the table: your CDL. Too late now. Sorry to hear this.

i have never said I was not responsible for what happens to me, I am the guy in the hot seat so bottom line It's all me. I could have stopped more often to walk around my truck to look for things that happen mid trip, I should have stopped sooner to chain up rather then wanting to push to the last chain up area. In fresno where I got my obstructing traffic ticket I pulled into an emergency pulloff area to deal with a diarrhea issue my truck was compleatly out of the traffic lane I was not obstructing traffic in any way, I could have chosen to #### my pants and continue out of the city to deal with it. My seat belt ticket I got beeped to pull through the scale I took my seat belt off before I crossed it to be ready to get out of the truck if they wanted me to stop and bring in my papers it was a stupid newb thing to do, and I paid the price for it with a ticket I still think it's bs but I was responsible for it happening.

    Your attitude is right then.
Now you must pay the stupid tax by working at something else while your record clears up.
    Sorry man.
