    I was thinking about moving to the Charleston area and I was wondering how it is to get in and out of the ports there. Also what is the pay everyone is experiencing. I pull out of Baltimore now so surely its better than that. What kind of take home money after fuel and all that is everyone making? Thanks in advance. Anything else maybe worth knowing?

    Ports are hit and miss here. Good days and bad. Checkers and port employees (most) are union jobs and their work pace shows it. I'm a company driver and make 16 an hour.
