07 9400i/ with isx. It stinks....

I got out of the truck and it stunk like rotten eggs. I thought it was the truck parked next to me but when I went to load and I was the only truck around I smelled it again. What in the world could this be?

Overcharged wet cell batteries can smell pretty bad, have you got an indication of your voltage being too high? I would be checking fluid levels in your batteries, if they are not the maintenance free variety.

The voltage seems to move alot and one of the batteries seems like it is swollen.

yup, that sounds like what could be smelling up the truck, you should check out all the batteries and your alternator to pin point what the cause of your grief is exactly.

You have at least one fried battery. It will be damaged and will need to be replaced. As mentioned, check the alternator for overcharging. I would recommend replacing all the batteries at the same time so you're not mixing old with new.
