When I turn the espar heater on, it turns the blower motor in the dashboard on low. is there any way to cancel this by pulling a wire or is it all done with programming? I have the wiring diagram for the heater and it shows no provisions for this. But it looks like the truck was prewired from the factory for the Espar heater. Thx

seems like it would be a lot of hassle to run a wire from the sleeper to the dash.
what would be the purpose of the dash fan blowing with the sleeper heater? -
-
i can't really see it recirculating the air though.
and for the bunk to blow heat while the dash blows cold. doesn't really make sense.
seems like an electrical issue. -
There is a update for wiring on bunk heater. Its now wired direct to battery. So no load shedding. I can run mine for 6hrs now and truck still starts good.

really there is wire and small relay that turns blower and low speed. What is the heater model? I can find diagram for you with wire number

Bump.
I'm driving a 2012 Prostar with the maxfarce motor, and every time I run the sleeper heat, the dash fan runs and blows cold air, and it feels like outside air. Is there a solution for this? -
I have this problem in a 2019. Pretty ridiculous.

I have the same deal with my 15 Prostar. It seems really counterproductive as the cab area is cold as hell. I am about to wire it direct.
