Sounds like the blower fan itself, or the "squirrel cage" may have broken off or come loose on the new fan and isn't turning. Also, make sure that main duct at the back of the blower box is connected properly.

I have 95 international ...same problem...come to find out there a 2,office tubes....I had to replace both the fan and the switch for the sleeper.I suggest if you know any thing bout ac units you can get a voltage meter and test the voltage going to the sleeper.its possible and it sounds like it could be a fuse or relay problem .possibly a break down in wiring issue.go thru all your fuses.
Question how does the air blow in the sleeper ? Do it blow but just not cold? Or it blow cold but blows lightly? -
It blows cold just not hard at all

Sounds like there's a resistor problem in the switch.change out the switch in the sleeper there's a resistor on that switch when it goes bad it doesn't blow as hard as it should. If you replaced fan and it blows cold just not hard then that eliminates a fuse problem because its blowing.its blowing cold so that also eliminates blockage or clogged office tube issues to my knowledge its possible that when you heard the fan go out it could have shortened the switch in the sleeper.normally when the fans go out you don't really hear them, you just feel the difference that's why it sounds like it could be that switch in the sleeper.Contact the dealer for the switch and make sure its the same model number due to it being aftermarket or contact Truckpro or whoever you order parts from .I hope this helps I feel your pain its to hot to be with out decent ac yesterday it was 105 degrees f so I definitely understand
Rob5244 Thanks this. -
If Im not mistaken, theres also some fuses in the control unit in the sleeper. You might also check them if you haven't?
