1995 9300 drive axles have moved

    U bolts came loose,had them retightened by road repair...mentioned dowel pins may have broken off truck frame or axle springs to help keep axles in proper position ...any help with advise appreciated. Thanks

    First, get new U bolts. Once they stretch or come loose, they are hard to keep tight from now on.
    Cut the old bolts off nd jck up your axle to gap it from the springs and look to see if your dowel pin is there or broke or wore out

    I would have eyes you to take it to a spring shop. You need to get the axles aligned. if you continue to drive it you're gonna put on necessary ware on your drive train

    Yes they need to install new u bolts and have it lined up again, but they need to check first if their pegs are still there.
    If they are wore out or sheared off they need to correct that problem first.
    Then align the axles..
