Early 2010 Prostars have a funny fuel tank system. The engine only draws and returns to the left tank and right tank is a storage tank. There is an electric transfer pump that will pump fuel from the storage tank to the draw tank occasionally to equalize the level. There could be several reasons for the fuel not transferring over. This is body controller controlled operation so you will need to see some one with diamond logic builder software and is also familiar with Prostar wiring.

Your problem is a fuel equalization problem. Either the fuel isn't being drawn from the right tank, or not returned to the left tank. The first simple thing to check is your tank vents. Make sure they are not plugged or pinched. Then check the draw and return lines to each tank and make sure they have no kinks and are some what secure. Make sure they aren't rubbed through anywhere causing the fuel lines to suck air. Then, all your fuel line fittings will be the quick connect type with plastic locks and oring seals. These orings do dry up and become brittle and can crack and cause air leaks. Also the fittings that screw into the tanks are also sealed with orings that can also deteriorate after time and cause issues like this. This is near impossible to see, but also look inside your tanks to see if the pick up or return tube has broken off or something stuck at the end of it blocking flow.
