It may not be the replacement of the actuators that caused a temporary fix, it may have been because the wiring harness was wiggled. It may be a weak connector or terminal pin that is causing this. Try to wiggle your engine wiring and see if this fixes anything. Also, make sure your engine ground wires are good and clean.
