04 DT 466 E Won't run

I have a dt 466 that has been a pain the ##### One day on route the turbo hose blew off . Fixed it and sent it out . The next day the bus started running rough and sometimes get a puff of black smoke . Pulled over and thought I need to take this back to shop . On the way I kept losing power . Check engine light came on . Parked rig and looked at it the next day . Wouldn't start . Cranked and cranked . Decided to see if any codes where set . My scanner gave me the following codes : 4 21 29 100 146 164 .
