No ABS

I have a 1998 9200 with the M-11 cummins.. This truck hasn't been used a lot since may.. she has been mainly used as a back up or spare and only running a couple hundred miles a month... now I have no power to the ABS system on the tractor and until a couple days ago the trailer abs still worked now neither.. I have replaced the relays in the fuse box for both and still nothing.. I want to get her fixed because she is way more dependable than my 09 pete
