The SA is the "source address". 167 is not on my list of regular modules. It may be from the trailer or satellite system. If you do not have a check or warning light on, then do not get too concerned with those faults because that display will list everything connected in the truck.

Hi heavyd . Sorry I forgot to mention engine warn and triangle light comes disappears by it self and sometimes screen shows all previous inactive code's. I had to restart the truck to clear the screen. Thanks

I found your code today. 167 is for the instrument cluster/secondary instrument cluster. The code is for ignition and switched ignition do not match. This basically means the secondary instrument cluster lost ignition power when other modules didn't. These types of codes are generally not something we deal with unless the cluster or gauge packs don't work at all. These codes can get logged naturally during load shedding, times of low voltage engine cranking and simple module boot up sequences.

Thanks heavyd now it totally make sense. After getting body module and electrical repair. Truck started draining batteries. So it's related to that. Now we are trying to find the issue of battery draining . Panel near passenger door on the Wall stays active and computer display also stay active even switch is off and key is out.

I wish heavdy you could repair my truck. I wouldn't mind to pay $150 hourly to you. Because I can tell you know these maxxforce trucks very well. Keep the good work up

So what was exactly the issue with that? I'm having the exact same problem. Shutting off randomly while driving or idling. Ecm is not the problem nor the harness as far as i could find. Also i noticed ignition relays in the fuse box are very hot to touch. Are they supposed to get that hot? Please advise

Relays will get warm to really warm, but shouldn't be very hot. Try to swap them with non-essential relays and retest. When you remove them, pay close attention to the terminals they plug into. If they look spread or the plastic is melted around them, then you have a bad connection there and those terminals need replacing.

    Spartan0229 and Heavyrider Thank this.
