I have a IHC 4900 truck with a DT530E ( ser 531HM2U1218675 ) that needs replacing. Its a 2000 truck and eng is rated at 300 hp @ 2000 rpm. I found a used reman unit ( ser 530HM2U1562096 )that supposed to be a 2001 unit rated at 330 hp. Can someone access the Ser # codes so I can know what the diff in specs is between these to engines. Thanks in advance for your help.
