    hey there,
I have a 2002 International 9900 I and my jockey box doors will not stay closed.
Does anybody know of a new door that can be purchased with an exterior handle? Or a fix for the poorly designed latch system?

    Hope somebody can help, Thanks

I have had the same problem before with the same kind of truck, poor setup, you can adjust the latch there should be a phillips screw on inside of the sidebox door with a cable attached to it you will have to fiddle with it some to adjust it and be ready to raise the bunk to climb around and pull the cable from under the bunk til you get it in proper adjustment.

The latch that sides upwards when you pull the cable doesn't slide back down all the way and won't catch the striker. The spring usually gets all bent and twisted, or the cable is just worn out and sticky.
