trying to find a short in the wiper circuit

    Tryingto trace a short in the wiper circuit, When the wipers are on high it pops thecircuit breaker, checked the high relay, pin 86 & 85 I found sourcevoltage, checked pins 30 & 87 and it only had 5volts. Now I am stuck.

    Need more info on the truck. Typically though it's a motor that's overdrawing. Either the motors bad or there's a heavy load on it due to a problem in the wiper transmission
