    Got a 08 prostar.... How often are you guys doing parked regens?? Just bought truck last week when I picked it up It needed a parked regen 600 miles ago(local driver)

    You may have to do one if the truck is in a lot of stop and go city or regional use. Depends on idle time, usage and of course aftertreatment system health.
