    my 07 is the same way. you have to replace the whole thing. which Is both turn sing. an high beam indicator . you have to buy it from a dealer or salvage . the dealer told me its $400.00 for it . I have lived with out it for 2 years now i'am not paying $400 for it

    I can't get a 2007 for some reason, I do have a 2006. Your truck was probably build in 2006 anyway. As far as the turn indicator for the 9400, just remove the center cluster panel. You will see the light sockets for the turn and high beam indicators. The socket just twists a half turn and pops out. There is small bulb in there you can replace.

    I took mine out thinking I could just replace the bulb . but mine is a little rectangle plastic peace that is held on to the panel with two screws an the wires plug in to it. there is no access to the lights . my truck was mfg in 2006

    I have seen some dash clusters that have no bulbs, but soldered in micro LED's. These are not serviceable unfortunately.

    I found another one today, try this;
    View attachment 2007 4300.pdf

    As for the switch, remove the switch panel and check to see if there is tag on the connector at the back of the switch to label what it is.

    I am not a owner nor a technician but usually those DIAG switches stand for Diagnostic.. Yours doesn't have a screen but most have a screen that if you press that switch.. It usually has fuel milage, trouble codes and the such. At least, that's how it usually works in MY experience. Good luck, none the less!
