    Just priced one for a customer 1000.00. ?? Are they insane? Is there any way to get just bag? Or something aftermarket?

    Monroe makes them and used to sell them.I assume these are the same ones as a ProStar...Crazy expensive.
    I had a shop find a set of new ones for 600.....still way over priced.

    Is the air bag separate from the shock..
    The ones I posted are built together..airbag built around the shock.

    Just looked on a few used truck parts sites...
    They use the same shock-airbag combo for the back of the cab so the Monroes are the ones.
