They tried running Alaska with teams a few years ago. I heard it nearly bankrupted them. I heard they lost 8 trucks, 3 which I saw, in 6 months. That was in the summer. One of them ended up in Kluane Lake, a national park, and they had hazmat crews trying to clean that up for 3 months. I followed one down the Stikine River hill and he made every curve except the last one coming off the bridge where he laid it in its side. I stopped as the driver climbed out. He said "I'm a hell of a driver, I made all the curves except the last one." I told him that was the one that counted. They ran them up the old Mezziadin haul road which is a few miles shorter but hours longer. Even experienced drivers can have problems on 37.

$7OO Deposit on EACH pet you have in the truck with $150 of it nonrefundable. It sounds steep, BUT you should see what some of these drivers let their dogs do in their truck
