JB Hunt DCS feedback

Thanks for your input I signed on I'm heading to south gate, ca for orientation today so I'll be writing about my experience, I'm looking foreword to see how everything goes. Everyone I've talked to so far that works for JB has been great so I hope it stays that way lol thanks again!

 

Well I went thru orientation today (day one) did my road test and dot physical and I gotta say it has been good overall, everyone has been nice a helpful I've met drivers that work there and they have a lot of great things to say. So I hope everything continues this way and I finally found a home. I'll keep everyone up dated as I go!

Congrats on getting hired and good luck with your new job at J.B. Hunt...I have been with DCS for over 3 years now and have seen some really good and some bad...over all, out has been a good job for me...from what I have seen, each account is different in the fact of how strict the managers are. I have talked to drivers from some accounts and they say they don't hardly ever get observations and the account I work at is always trying to nail people with them. I hope you got a good one.

 

Well I made it thru my first week and I've been really impressed so far, my driver mgrs has been great very understanding and helpful, they've been really concerned about my needs and even gave me a brand new truck with 1200 miles on it. They have all freightliner cascadias and international pro stars which is what I have. Getting in and out of the amazon centers is easy and everyone seems pretty cool. We also pick up at customers that sale thru amazon. I've been home every other night and they even lived up to a full two days at home for my reset. I'll keep everyone updated as time goes by but I think I've final found a home. The on board computers are even pretty easy to use lol.
