Didn't you post this once before? I understand you were robbed and beaten. But, are you seriously telling me that the suspect hung around and continued to beat you for almost an hour? Thats one long beating.

 

Hopefully your attorney can get something done for you, that really stinks.

 

If some thugs beat you up and rob you while on the job, that's not a workmans comp issue.
If a pallet of hammers falls on your head, that's a workmans comp issue.
It has to be injury in the regular course of doing your job, not a random act of crime.

There are dozens of lawyers that advertise to battle for workmans comp on TV alone.
What does your lawyer say?

 

Where,and how did this happen?What were the circumstances that lead up to this?
Iv'e been around some sketchy people,but the whole 1 hr beating would make me
wanna tote protection.
Dam if I wanna drive 11 hrs. no sleep,underpayed,hungry,sometimes horny,then get
my azs beat for 1 hr. for a finisher.
I personally would go hunting in that area on my time off.
What did cops say? Any photo line ups?

Edit..I see you were in Michigan.Where did you deliver to Liquor store?

 

You were the victim of a crime.. this is not a company issue, this is a criminal complaint or possibly a suit against the place you were deliivering too. The scenario is rather odd, but this isn't JB Hunt's fault IMHO.

 

Next time lock your doors.

 

He said he was making a delivery, hard to do if you never leave the truck, beside this is Michigan, our own third world state, I doubt locks pose much challenge to them there.
