As long as it feeds into a bigger goal, it's worth doing, if it were going to be your career, I would say you were crazy. Saving money for school is a great goal and I sure wish you the best of luck for the future.

I never heard of a 12 week requirement on any JB account, But 72K wouldn't be hard if you ran your butt off. I think there is more to the 12 week things, But some drivers would prefer to run like that and most don't.

Its the will run fleet. I have inquired about it as well. My sticking point is the trucks. From what I have found out its the mid roof cascadias and the smaller prostars. Jb is getting the 2014 prostars with the cummins in them but 12 weeks at a time in those smaller sleepers is where im having issues. Supposed to transfer off my dcs account this week to the will run fleet but having my doubts. As far as 72k I highly doubt it. Was told by people running the fleet its an average of 2200 to 2500 miles a week. Even if you hit 2500 a week that's 1200 gross times 48 weeks is only 57,600 yearly. I know there is some sort of fuel bonus but can't see it being 14,400 which would make it 72k. This fleet is only a few months old. Believe they started it around October or so. Remember seeing this on the jb site. Any employee can access the info through workday. Have seen pictures of the Cascadia midroofs and the sleepers look like coffins. Not sure about inverters and creature comforts. Trying to find out and will post if I have any info. Our account doesn't have sleepers so I don't know how much room the prostar sleeper has.

That's what I was thinking too. 72k sounds awfully optimistic. I am thinking of passing on the will run and seeing about a regional or dedicated. You're just not going to hit 2500 each week in my opinion. Then being locked into that 12 week thing. I don't know. Not hating on JBH I just think all the big carriers are pretty much running the same way.

I remember reading about that Will Run fleet. I m on a DCS account so its not for me. 12 weeks would go by fast if you we out running, But in order to reach 72K you would have to get paid .48 @ 3100 miles... That wouldn't be hard but I don't think they can do more than 2500

The 72k is with a fuel bonus that is how you get the .48cpm as well. But still I don't see 72k happening. Just jb selling a pipe dream. I'm on dcs as well and they have until the 28th to transfer me over to will run or my 2 week notice will be up. I'll give it a shot and see what is about and can always transfer after 90 days to a dcs account that has openings. Just have to get away from newburgh since it has gotten real bad here with all the favoritism and micro management. Hopefully the newer trucks really do have the cummins engines and inverters like I was told.
